Registered Texas Longhorn Cattle
Carnahan Ranch TLBAA cattle are carefully selected for genetics, color, horn and disposition. Longhorns are a very hardy breed and are “easy keepers”, consuming about 1/3 less feed than English Cattle. Longhorn bulls are great breeders for first-calf-heifers. (You’ll never have to pull a first calf.) Longhorn cattle provide incredible predator control and you can run them with your English cattle. Longhorn meat is extremely lean, low fat and as tasty as any beef. We take pride in the health and quality of our cattle.
